Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the firm. Certainly to the young man's family that was killed. The firm is strong and will be back in order in no time we know.

Next time I come to town we'll drive by and look at the 'hole'. Take care. God bless.

Deanna,

I saw this story of a truck smashing into a building when I was visiting the Casper Star Tribuine on-line and thought that is pretty close to the building you work in. Looks like it was a direct hit. I thank God you and your saff are all ok.

I am sure you will be very busy in the next few days/weeks getting the building repaired so you can get back to business. Hope all goes well with that.

I saw Steve and Megan in Denver last weekend. We had an 80th b-day party for my mom. It was good to visit with them.

Very glad you are all ok.

The issue of a "utma converted into a Corvette" (or worse!) is very, very real. As an attorney and financial advisor for fifteen years I recommended UTMAs. As a parent, no way in a million years would I recommend this route any longer for any amount greater than a token sum of money.
For what it's worth.

Can I take a QCD any time in the year I turn 70-1/2, even if it is before the exact date that I turn 70-1/2?
